Thank you for allowing us this opportunity to introduce our Orlando, Florida base company, Davis Air-Vac and CarWash, Inc. The foundation of our exemplary reputation is built on a strong commitment to service and quality equipment. We have held membership in the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO) since 1995. Our Company services over one-hundred Apartment Communities in the Central Florida Area. We carry all the required licenses and insurances. Dependability, reliability, trustworthy and honesty are just some of the fruits that attest to the Integrity of our company.
We provide equipment to Apartment Communities, Hotels and Resorts, Gas Stations and Convenient Stores, Public Colleges and County and City transportation departments.
Our Car Wash Systems not only provide Residents and Guests with an added amenity but also serves as a water management solution. All of our machines are coin-operated and timer controlled therefore; water cannot be wasted by carelessness or neglect. Our Car wash machines are equipped with steel braided hoses for durability and reliability. Our equipment is made of stainless steel to withstand all types of weather conditions and to preserve the ascetics of the machine's physical and structural appearance. All of our equipment meet ADA Requirements.
